This website outlines a proposal by Glenrowan Homes for the redevelopment of the land occupied by the former Co-op building to the north of Alexandra Road, Corby.

 

The site has remained unoccupied since the closure of the Co-op store in 2016 and is now awaiting redevelopment through a scheme that contributes to the positive transformation of the town centre.

 

We are keen to hear people’s views about our proposal before we finalise our plans and submit a planning application. We are, therefore, holding two public exhibitions. These will be held on:

 

• Wednesday 20 July from 4.00pm – 7.30 pm; and

• Wednesday 17 August from 4.00pm-7.30pm

 

The venue for both exhibitions is The Living Centre, Cottingham Road, Corby, NN17 1SY.
